We are looking for a trainee to support the deployment of our sustainability practices within the engineering community 

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

 

We are seeking a motivated trainee to join our team and support the deployment of sustainability best practices. This role will also involve translating our core procedures into clear, understandable, and actionable operational initiatives as well as to support the preparation of trainings for our engineering community: 

Main missions associated to this position: 

Analyze core procedures on sustainability to identify key messages and takeaways: 
•    Focus on creating understandable and actionable guidelines for the engineering community

Prepare training material to facilitate the understanding and deployment of core procedures and best-practices
•    Create engaging and informative content for training sessions (e.g. presentations, animations, guidelines etc. ) to facilitate the understanding and deployment of best practices

Support the deployment of best practices with the preparation of relevant internal communication material 
o    E.g. newsletter, blog posts, visuals and other supports
o    Monitor and animate deployment 

Data Collection and Analysis:
o    Gather data on current engineering practices and their environmental impact.
o    Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress of sustainability initiatives.

 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Level and type of degree sought
- Communication/Marketing degree with a strong personal interest in sustainability and some basic understanding of technical concepts 

- Specific technical skills: project management/organization processes/change management

- Specific non-technical skills: rigorous, critical thinking, synthesis

- French and English are mandatory
