Distribution
Purpose of the Role
As a Rewards and Incentives, Events, and Communications Head you will be responsible in overseeing the conceptualization, execution, and post evaluation of all contests, campaigns, and distributor events across all channels. You will manage a team to deliver set expectations and drive distributors' engagement to achieve sales targets and support in activation, retention, and productivity.
With close collaboration with Channel Heads, Sales Management and Distribution Management teams, you will identify campaigns, create both communication, and execution plans to achieve objectives. You shall ensure that all contests are executed according to schedule and within the allotted budget based on the set Production Related Expense Ratio (PRE Ratio).
Lastly, you shall oversee the communication plans for all Distribution contests, campaigns, events and activities, as well as other projects that will support and enhance participation from both distributors, bank partners, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Role
Launch tactical contests and campaigns for all channels aligned with the Channels and Company objectives and as agreed with the channel heads. Execute results of the contests, campaigns, and institutional distribution, as well as engagement events according to schedule and budget. Execution of communication plans for all Distribution initiatives and activities.
Requirements for the Role
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the life insurance industry or in a similar line of work Has excellent presentation, organization, and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Has leadership ability; Experience as a people manager is an advantage. Strategic thinker; self-starter Collaborative
