R&M Specialist - Managed Pressure Drilling

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced R&M SPEC - Managed Pressure Drilling professional to join our team at Weatherford. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of process equipment according to Weatherford's manuals and procedures. The successful candidate will adapt to Weatherford's business systems to facilitate efficient repair and maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

Work with and have knowledge of process equipment including sensors, control systems, and actuators. Work with and have knowledge of industrial communication systems. Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with Weatherford's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices. Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and environmental protection as core values, never intentionally placing employees, processes, customers, or communities at risk. Seek continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & environmental protection, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge, technology, and best business practices to exceed customer expectations. Demonstrate familiarity with Weatherford's Quality policies and take an active role in compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System Work with and have knowledge of Electronics including ICU, digital barriers, solenoids, and PLC. Possess knowledge of hydraulic control systems. Maintain effective communication with all key stakeholders, both internal and external, where appropriate. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various types of process equipment according to Weatherford's manuals and procedures. Adapt to Weatherford's business systems to facilitate efficient repair and maintenance operations.

Qualifications:
