Job Summary:
CBAT is a Acute residential services are available to individuals up to and including 18 years of age. The program offers short-term, 24/7, staff-secure, safe, and structured crisis treatment services in a community-based program that serves as a medically necessary, less-restrictive, and voluntary alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct initial medical screening on all new clients. Maintain all treatment charts in order per record keeping procedures established by the Program. Provide health education to clients and coordinate with counselor/case manager a response to any health related issue identified or brought forth. Collect daily and/or sporadic health vitals (i.e. temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and urine specimens on acupuncture clients. Make daily entries of any pertinent client health data in the case record. Review all communications for notices and/or other pertinent data regarding client care. Become familiar with the Center’s intake procedures as from time to time a complete intake may be required to facilitate program admission. Triage any client complaints or concerns related to their health Conduct regular inventory of supplies and submit acquisition orders per procedures established by the Center for procurement. Monitor any physical interventions with program clients Administer client medications as needed Conduct regular audits of client medication systems as required by policyProfessionalism

Minimum Qualifications:
Valid MA RN License 1-3 Years' Experience preferred Current certification as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse required
