ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Are you ready to lead procurement operations and build strong stakeholder relationships in a global environment? BAT Romania is looking for a dynamic and driven Requisition Manager to join our team in Bucharest and support procurement processes for the German market.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Oversee goods and services receipts, resolve complaints or disputes, and handle returns effectively.Manage purchase order amendments, cancellations, and dispute resolutions.Monitor organizational efficiency and recommend improvements to meet business needs.Ensure delivery of agreed SLAs and KPIs while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.Build strong partnerships with end-market procurement teams and stakeholders.Act as the key point of contact for procurement-related emergencies and critical needs.Support governance, compliance, and process innovation initiatives.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

A degree in a related field and at least 4 years of relevant working experience in procurement operations Proven experience in managing a team.Comprehensive understanding of Source-to-Settle processes Familiarity with tools like Coupa, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems.Experience managing ambiguity and performing under pressure.

Proficiency level in German is an advantage.
