R2R Manager Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled accounting professional to lead part of our R2R team within the North America Finance Operations group at Sage. This hybrid role focuses on liabilities, ensuring accurate operational accounting, period close, and statutory reporting. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high-quality balance sheets, enforcing controls, and driving automation to modernize financial processes. Ideal candidates will have strong technical accounting expertise, a track record of process improvement, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: We’re seeking a detail-oriented leader to manage key R2R processes within Sage’s North America Finance Operations team. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and strong internal controls while supporting audits and financial governance. You’ll oversee balance sheet risk controls, payroll, accruals, and statutory reporting, ensuring financial integrity through rigorous reconciliation and trend analysis. Beyond technical expertise, this role requires strong leadership to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and a service-oriented culture within the team. You'll manage key stakeholder relationships, mentor team members, and lead process enhancements to align with Sage’s finance transformation goals.
