Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

● Services customers by helping them select safety products that adequately fit their needs.

● Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

● Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.

● Responds to customers’ questions with knowledge of product and examples as needed.

● Provides outstanding customer service.

● Enters sales in Sales ERP System.

● Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.

● Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

● Manages showroom look and cleanliness.

● Answers phones and assists with sales or product questions.

● Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

● High school diploma or GED. Additional education is preferred.

● 2-4 years of retail experience desired.

● Motorsports industry knowledge is preferred, but not required.
