BallenIsles Country Club is seeking a Part-Time Tennis/Pickleball Courts Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance and repair duties for our tennis and pickleball courts. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining top-quality court surfaces.

Schedule:
• Saturdays: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sundays: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• One weekday: 4-hour shift (flexible)

Job Description:
Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery.

Responsibilities:
• Daily maintenance of all tennis/pickleball courts including but not limited to: sweeping, lining, and debris removal, pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks.
• Prepares the tennis/pickleball courts for daily play. Notifies the Racquets Shop front desk of daily court conditions.
• Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in logbook.
• Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates.

Qualifications:
• Experience in general repairs, and general knowledge of tennis/pickleball is preferred.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment.

• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
• Observes safety and security procedures.
• Reports potentially unsafe conditions.
• Uses equipment and materials properly.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
