Pine Canyon Club in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, is seeking an enthusiastic Racquets Assistant (Seasonal) to join our team! If you thrive in a hospitality-driven environment and are passionate about delivering top-tier service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for candidates with solid experience in tennis, pickleball, or both, and a high-energy approach to coaching and guest engagement. Teaching experience in sports or skills-based instruction is a plus!

Responsibilities:

Oversee tennis and pickleball activities, including court reservations, fee processing, and equipment rentals. Organize and promote racquet clinics, special events, and programs to engage members and guests. Provide private and group instruction for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Enforce club rules and ensure the safe and proper use of facilities and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to create dynamic, cross-functional member experiences. Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure courts are well-maintained and safe for play, reporting any maintenance concerns as needed. Assist in monitoring court usage for lessons, clinics, and special events. Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience that exceeds guest expectations.
