The National at Ave Maria is seeking a Full-Time Pro Shop Manager for our Racquet Sports Department. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individual with customer service experience. Previous knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise. Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules. Set up and instruct members on the use of the Ball Machine. Receive new retail merchandise, price items, and set up displays. Conduct monthly inventory counts. Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Must be extremely comfortable with technology and the use of social media. Graphic design skills are a plus.

Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring 35-40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required as needed.
