+ JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS + Job Summary : + To perform CT and radiographic studies and oversee the department in a professional, supervisory manner throughout the evening shift; thus serving as the resource for all patient and staff issues. + Education : + Position requires high school diploma or equivalent with successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technology accredited by the Joint Review Commission on Education in Radiologic Technology + Registration/Certification/Licensure : + Maryland licensure, required. + ARRT certification in Radiograpy and CT, required. + Experience : + Previous CT and radiography experience required. Must demonstrate the knowledge of the normal operation of all Radiographic/CT equipment and possess the ability to troubleshoot and make the appropriate service calls when necessary. + Other Requirements : + Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements. + Effectively communicates with all patient populations and staff by implementing organization-wide communication techniques as a daily practice. + Effectively advocates for quality patient safety and satisfaction as a daily practice.
