Enjoy amazing benefits, including a generous PTO plan, pension, 401k, competitive pay, rotating shifts, exceptional insurance, and the chance to make a real difference in patients' lives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Administer radiation therapy under physician supervision, ensuring patients’ physical and emotional needs are met. + Maintain accurate treatment records and perform quality assurance checks on equipment. + Prepare patients for procedures and administer necessary treatments. + Provide excellent guest and staff relations. **Requirements:** + ARRT Radiography Certification (required) + 1-2 years clinical experience (preferred, but new grads are welcome) + B.S. in Radiation Technology (preferred) + Must sign a 12-month retention agreement (new hires will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days) **Schedule & Benefits:** + Flexibility with start/end times; rotating on-call shifts (approx. 30-minute callback) + Salary: $43.05/hr. (0 years) to $57.86/hr.
