We are looking to hire a Radiation Therapist. As a Radiation Therapist at MercyOne, you will Delivers radiation therapy treatment in accordance with physician’s prescription. Coordinates care of patient receiving radiation therapy. Adheres to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center. **Schedule:** + PRN as needed **General Requirements:** + Delivers radiation therapy treatment to patients in accordance with physician's prescription. + Reviews treatment parameters and patient treatment chart. + Delivers prescribed daily treatment + Documents daily treatment data in treatment chart. + Verifies accuracy of treatment fields using portal imaging. **Education:** + Graduate of CAHEA approved Radiation Training Program. + Iowa Permit to practice as a Radiation Therapist + Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter. + 0-2 Years prior experience required.
