Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RADIENCE Business Modeler to join our team. The Business Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining the RADIENCE business model. This role requires deep knowledge of insurance and wealth accumulation products, along with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will identify, recommend, and implement solutions that align with customer needs and expectations.
Essential Job Functions:
Consult with customers to define needs or problem areas and determine the scope of investigation required to recommend possible solutions.Gather and analyze data to develop system processing solutions based on customer business requirements.Develop and maintain business requirements using use cases, storyboards, or structured documentation.Provide input into task estimation and scheduling.Create and maintain the RADIENCE business model.Write, execute, quantify, and qualify test conditions for complex modeling changes with widespread impact.Follow RADIENCE implementation methodology and adhere to applicable standards.Stay informed about developments in insurance and wealth management through research and industry resources.Technical Skills / Qualifications:
Strong technical background.Experience with XML.Hands-on expertise with HTML and GUI design.Proficiency in business data modeling and process modeling using UML or XDE.Experience writing and executing test plans.Ability to debug and resolve application issues.Strong attention to detail.Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across disciplines.Track record of success in a consulting role.Persistent and resilient mindset, able to perform under pressure.Solution-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.Strong multitasking and conceptual thinking abilities.Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and methodologies.Ability to think creatively and drive process improvements.Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Object-Oriented concepts is a plus.Experience with relational database access (e.g., SQL) is beneficial.Background in insurance or wealth management applications is preferred.What we can do for you:
