Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location - Crane, IN (hybrid role)

Job Description

This position will be chiefly responsible for designing, developing, and defining radar subsystem test systems and requirements.

Responsibilities:

Review performance specification/performance requirements to identify test parameters necessary to establish RF Radar subsystems test capabilityWrite performance requirementsAssist in estimating the time and cost of engineering projectsDesign multi-functional test stations capable of energizing/testing RF parametersUsing software interface, automate test stations to collect design specification dataDocument testing process to ensure sustainability and complianceAnalyze test data related to RF specification parametersUpdate performance requirements as necessary to meet ever changing needsReview current test hardware for improvements and offer enhancement concepts for test hardware as needed

RequirementsMinimum of five Years' lab specific RF measurement experienceKnowledge/experience with Vector Network Analyzers, RF amplifier testing, and RF test fixtures, and switch matrix developmentAdvance understanding of RF test system developmentBachelor's Degree in EngineeringJob Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bloomfield, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment

Onsite at naval base 3-4 times per week, working in an engineering development office and occasionally in a test lab, within a division of 100+ engineers.
