Your role: You will be responsible for testing and validating new radio systems, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Required Skills:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or related field. Strong understanding of RF Transceiver architecture and testing methods. Experience with microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers, synthesizers, thermal chambers, power supplies). 2+ years of experience in a validation team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of modems is a plus. Curiosity, autonomy, and a strong work ethics. Develop test strategies for new radio systems. Set up and maintain test equipment. Conduct automated and manual tests. Analyze test results and identify technical problems. Estimate the impact of problems on the system and customers. Work with development teams to propose and validate solutions. Write test reports in English. Validate pre-production and industrial processes. Provide technical support to the industrial team.
