About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Network Engineer that will be responsible for performing RAN optimization and audit of a network to meet customer requirements. You will be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance. The role focuses on implementing design, audit and optimization of services. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.
What you will do:
Optimize Customer Network improving NTW KPIs and user experience
Be responsible to get site/cluster KPIs/drive test acceptance in swap/modernization project
Support Lab test for 3G/4G/5G related product, solution and/or features
Support the integration teams on new sites, modernization, swaps project
Multi-vendor RAN inter-working network knowledge will be preferred
Identify and resolve run-time new sites integration issues
Analyse drive test to validate feature and performance impact
Fix 5G/LTE/3G technical problems and help identify and drive improvements
Participate in knowledge sharing activities and present the full product potential to customer
The skills you bring:
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering or related field
Demonstrated ability in telecommunication operator and/or vendor environment for minimum of 10 years
Good knowledge of 5G/LTE/3G landscape, strategies and technology roadmaps
Deep data analytics knowledge (statistical tools, methods/processes to analyze and correlate data)
Able to understand customers business objectives and pain points and able to link them to improvements in Network Performance and End User Experience
Experienced in using radio network design and optimization tools
Experience with drive test tools like TEMs (or equivalent) and in developing TOLs and test cases
Good 5G/ LTE/3G troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and has a solid understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and L3 messaging
Ericsson product and solutions knowledge, programming and scripting skills are also advantageous
Additional Requirements:
Be a Team player but also demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative and ability to work under pressure and learn independently

Good presentation, time management and leadership skills & ability to work with diverse backgrounds
Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
Excellent communication – Native Romanian language, Fluent English, both written and spoken
Good inter-personal skills and relationship development with customer
Market insight, up to date with new developments in related technologies and products
