We are now looking for a Radio Research Scientist/Engineer to join our team in Espoo, Finland. We are carrying out radio systems research in Bell Labs Finland on the site of Nokia global headquarters. We are a multidisciplinary and diverse team. One of our strong areas is AI/ML and the application of it in radio systems. In this area, we aim to enhance and strengthen our efforts in neuromorphic engineering.

You have:

MSc or preferably a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or another field from which to build to these directions – like Physics or MathematicsKnowledge on lower layers of Radio Systems or on AI/ML Experience in researchInterest to include as central element of your work to continuously learn new and update yourselfCapacity to propose new directions for researchCommunication skills

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience on neuromorphic engineeringGood coding skillsExperience on simulationsCapacity to network inside and outside the organization
