About the Role:
As a Rad Tech, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing a variety of imaging procedures: Operating X-ray equipment, CT scanners, and other imaging modalities to capture clear and accurate images. Patient care and communication: Providing a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients, explaining procedures clearly, and addressing any concerns. Maintaining equipment and supplies: Ensuring the proper functioning of imaging equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Adhering to safety protocols: Following strict safety guidelines to protect patients and staff from radiation exposure. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Working closely with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care. Documenting procedures and results: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all imaging procedures and findings.Qualifications
Associates Degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology Current American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) required.Current Washington State certification as a Radiologic Technologist.Current healthcare provider BLS certification.
