Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care. This role requires a strong understanding of radiologic technology and a commitment to patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities + Perform all routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures. + Produce high-quality radiographs with a minimum of repeats while applying radiation and physical safety measures. + Calculate appropriate exposure factors and evaluate images for diagnostic quality. + Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during the exam. + Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions. + Oversee duties assigned to student radiographers. + Handle telephone scheduling procedures and operate the PACS computer system. Essential Skills + Proficiency in radiology, radiologic technology, X-ray, imaging, and scanning. + Strong medical knowledge and customer service skills. + Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the AMA. + Registered or registry eligible with the ARRT. + BLS Certification Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to handle scheduling procedures Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30000.00 - $70595.20 Our client offers a strong benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, Employee Assistance Program and much more.
