Radiology Extern 1 Job Responsibilities:

Assist technologist with imaging procedures and may position patient for specified X-Ray exams according to department protocols/procedures and transport/escort patients as necessary. Adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, protocols, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety, and environmental standards. Works well with all Radiologists to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Ensures equipment functions, cleanliness of work areas, and preparation of exam room and patient. Checks availability of supplies and accessories necessary to perform exams.

Radiology Extern 1 Additional Requirements:

Work Schedule: PRN Education: High School or GED. Full-time student in good standing in an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Certification: Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association
