Radiology Informatics Product Owner:

Lead clinical, workflow and backend development activities for Radiology Informatics. Main responsibilities include understanding workflows, identifying customer needs, writing and managing detailed requirements specifications, supporting R&D teams throughout the development life cycle, and training – internally and with customers.

Your role:

Lead innovation in the radiology informatics domainUnderstand, document, and champion the clinical, workflow and technical needs of targeted productsTranslate in-depth market and customer insights, as well as competitive analyses into winning concepts and clear product specifications, in such a way that in short, mid and long term a sound business result can be achieved.Oversee development stages, work with R&D to identify and organize the required steps for development, including making hard decisions on content cuts, if needed.Interact with various disciplines including Innovation, R&D, verification engineers, design, marketing, service engineers, solution architects and international sales organizations.Specify high level and detailed requirementsContribute to the roadmap of the productContribute to the domain understanding within R&DProvide proactive support for the markets with timely communications, product and competitive information, product training, etc. Actively support the market teams with current strategic opportunities as needed.

You're the right fit if:

Relevant B.A / B.Sc in Medical Science/ Software/ Information systems, M.Sc is an advantageAt least 3 years’ experience in product owner or product management positionMust be viewed as a leader and be able to act independently with direction from supervisorMust have the ability to comprehend technical nuancesAbility to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively.High-tech product launch experience (clinical experience a nice to have).Must have superior verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Presentation SkillsAbility to work in a global team with various disciplinesAware of business interests and effectsPersonally motivated, creative thinker and accountable team playerFluent in English, more languages much appreciatedExperience in radiology – AdvantageExperience with regulatory procedures and compliance – Advantage


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
