Job Overview:

Performs tasks as assigned by supervisor/technologist. Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient s age specific needs and provide age specific treatment and care.

Qualifications:

Required:

High School Diploma or EquivalentOne (1) Year of Prior Scheduling Experience in a Healthcare SettingAbility to operate various computer systemsSuccessful completion of all Orientation Program

Preferred:

College Degree EPIC experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Working Shift: Monday Friday Day Shift: 9:00AM-5:00PMFull-Time, 37.5 Hours

Essential Functions:

Supports departmental policies, practices, and initiatives in support of patient experience, throughput, safety standards and revenue cycle outcomes.Functions include scheduling of the Radiology department, insurance verification, receptionist for the Radiology department, check-in/check-out patients, and liaison for clinical staffCollaborates, communicates and coordinates to create a positive experience through the entire Radiology Support Services flow.
