Role Overview: + Work onsite and welcome and check in all incoming visitors\patients with excellent customer service. + Answer assigned phone lines and direct calls appropriately taking and distributing accurate, complete, and legible messages. + Perform administrative tasks to assist in the preparation of patient paperwork prior to the procedure. + Assist in scheduling Radiology appointments and coordinating visits. + Input and update data into databases as required. + Maintain a clean, operational, and safe environment. Key Qualifications: + Experience in Radiology Scheduling and with Radiology clinical application systems. Core Skills: + The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Effective communication skills. + Self-motivated and results-oriented. + Strong attention to detail. + Team-oriented.
