As a Radiology Tech at MercyOne, you will Under limited supervision, performs general radiologic procedures. In doing so, assumes responsibility coordinating the activities for designated area(s) and procedures. The age of the patients served range from infants to geriatrics.
Schedule:
Working hours would be 3-12 hour days a week 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM and every third weekend 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM. Rotating 6-week schedule that repeats itselfGeneral Requirements:
Must have basic knowledge of radiation safety standards.Must be certified in Basic Life Support.Must have minimum typing skills.Must be able to select proper technical factors for radiation equipment.Must have a high degree of independent decision-making ability.Must be able to work well with patients, visitors, and staff and possess good communication skills.Must have knowledge of sterile technique.Education:
