Radiology Technologist at Swedish Medical Imaging - First Hill

 

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift

Location: Primarily in the First Hill area of Seattle, Washington, but occasionally covering X-ray needs in Issaquah and Bellevue.

 

Job description: 

As a Radiologic Technologist, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic imaging exams, including diagnostic X-rays, fluoroscopy, and bone density (DEXA) scans. You will ensure that department quality standards, safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met daily. Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training: Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school. Coursework/Training: ARRT board certification in radiology Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire Demonstrated ability to operate PACS, RIS, CR/DR x-ray equipment, fluoroscopy, and C-arm to produce anatomical images for diagnostic purposes. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook and Word). Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights. Maintaining confidentiality of all medical, financial and other sensitive materials and information.
