Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Radiology Technologist (Ultrasound) for their Sitka, AK location. Responsibilities: + Performs diagnostic imaging using ARDMS protocols for the following exams: OB/GYN; abdomen; pelvic and endovaginal; small parts including breast, thyroid, and scrotum; vascular, including DVT, arterial legs, carotids. + Receives patients, explains procedures, and selects appropriate equipment to ensure good patient care. Echocardiography is a plus. + Office Duties. Performs office jobs in a small department including, but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling patients’ exams, printing reports, retrieving charts, researching problems, ordering supplies, copying and mailing exams to various facilities, and helping providers. Collaborates with SEARHC staff to create a positive working environment. + Documentation of QA and QC for SEARHC imaging modalities. + Documents: high level disinfection, and other information per Joint Commission regulations.
