岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

负责联想AI个人本地知识库中的RAG部分的开发，其主要职责包括：

● 负责本地化RAG系统的开发与优化，提升知识库问答的召回率和生成质量。

● 设计并优化本地知识库检索模块，结合大语言模型提升信息检索与生成任务的效率。

● 持续调研和评估开源RAG方案，确保采用最佳技术方案和实施实践。

● 与产品、数据、算法团队密切合作，确保RAG系统在实际业务场景中的高效应用。

● 监控和优化RAG系统的性能，确保系统在本地环境中的稳定运行与高效执行。

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

● 计算机、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上，1年以上大模型或检索-生成系统相关经验。

● 深入理解RAG技术，具备信息检索和大语言模型应用的实践经验。

● 熟悉Python、C++等编程语言，具备数据处理、模型优化及算法调优能力。

● 熟悉开源RAG方案，具备本地化部署经验者优先。

● 在相关领域有研究并发表过论文者优先。

具备以下条件者优先考虑：

1、搜索算法相关开发经验者优先；

2、要求有良好的英语听说读写能力，海外工作学习经验优先。
