We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Rail Car Technician to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage rail car inventory and product inventory accurately. Utilize computer systems, including Excel and a tablet, for data entry and inventory tracking. Perform physical inspections and maintenance tasks on rail cars, which involves climbing and working at heights. Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the day. Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using Excel and tablet-based applications. Bilingual English/Spanish Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Physical fitness to climb and work on rail cars. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
