Job Description This RAN Engineer position would be with one of the largest utilities and telecommunications company in the Southeast. They would be responsible for RAN performance and communicating their findings to their team. They would review KPI's, statistics, data, etc. and identify problems within those and create reports. They would need to be strong with documentation. They would ideally be able to assist with RAN design, and would use Atoll, Ericcson OSS, and a few other RAN specific software systems. They would need to communicate well with the rest of the team. The salary range is around $90,000-$125,000, not including their bonus and pension. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience working within RAN engineering Strong understanding of RAN kpi's, reporting, statistics, and creating reports for those data points Experience reviewing drive data Experience with Atoll (RAN design software) Strong knowledge of LTE systems Strong communication and professionalism RAN Design AMOS Scripting Experience with Ericcson OSS (or a similar management/operating system with Nokea, Samsung, etc.) Previous experience at AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Ericcson, etc. Ability to travel internationally periodically (a few times a year) for various conferences and standards meetings null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
