About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 1st level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will:
• Help with Assurance activities in RAN
• Support activities in RAN 5G Area
• Handle incident management and end to end closure of TTs for RAN system and nodes
• Assist with Problem management and other NOC functions
• Perform system administration on 5G RAN Network functions
• Work with 5G Core, MNOs and other areas like OSS/ENM and Billing operations
• 5G Network Performance KPI analysis and resolution.
To be successful in the role you must have:
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience of RAN Telco background.
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
• Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
