About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a SW developer with strong knowledge in RAN domain with interest in developing innovative microservices based applications. Your role will include guiding the team from domain perspective while contributing to software development activities related to microservices development. Our focus is on TDD based on lean and agile ways of working. We are organized in cross-functional-transversal multi-domain development teams in which we foster continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge transfer to achieve real devops

What you will do:

Act as a domain expert in 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) optimization, helping shape frameworks and algorithms with real customer impact.Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Developers to evaluate AI model results and guide improvements from a practical network perspective.Design and validate data visualizations and user experiences for optimization tools.Contribute to development activities, automation, and product backlog prioritization.Support First Office Application (FOA) initiatives and assist customers in integrating our solutions into their operations.Represent the team in knowledge-sharing forums and be an active member of the Network Design & Optimization (NDO) community.Help document product features and support ongoing innovation within cross-functional teams.

 

You will bring:

 

5+ years of experience in RAN design and optimization (4G/5G), ideally with Cloud-RAN exposureStrong Python skills and good understanding of AI/ML conceptsSolid data analytics capabilities and statistical reasoningAbility to guide teams on practical NDO frameworks and validate AI model outputExcellent communication and collaboration in a diverse, international teamSelf-driven, innovative, and eager to continuously learn and share knowledgeExperience with TDD and Agile ways of working is a plusFluent in English
