Position Summary
Supports business partners with freight rating-related activities and assists in providing rate quotes to customers.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Evaluates data entries based on predefined criteria and guidelines.Verifies and applies correct rates to all freight bills.Records and documents freight bills following established procedures.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to validate accuracy in billing-related activities.Assesses work orders to verify all essential information is accurate.Conducts weekly audits and resolves or escalates discrepancies in findings.Reviews rating results and provides feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards and business objectives.Reaches out to customers to establish rates and quotes.Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.Basic billing experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
