This role will be based in our Urbandale office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Rating Technician, you will be responsible for supporting company and commercial lines growth, profitability, and service goals through the accurate and efficient handling of policy rating, preparation, issuance, as well as associated data entry and processing functions.

1 to 3 years of related experienceStrong communication skills to convey key concepts to multiple stakeholder partiesExcellent quantitative skills (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals) to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsExecllent problem solving skills when working with multiple concrete variables in standardized situationsProficiency with Microsoft Office suiteStrong competence and comfort utilizing software applications, various operating systems, phone systems, electronic communications, and other software and hardware as necessaryWhat makes you stand out:
