ABOUT THIS TEAM
We are part of the Global sourcing team with a focus on Raw material Sourcing & Strategy. The team is committed to creating long range plans that evaluate risk and opportunity whilst supporting the business needs through strategy (Global, vendor and product) and partnering with Raw Material Development, Supply Planning, Finished Goods Sourcing and other cross functional partners. Costing Excellence is a key responsibility of this team ensuring best product at best cost. Analytics and insights play a key role in identifying opportunties from a strategic and tactical perspective.
A DDAY IN THE LIFE
Collaboration is key in this role, you will work closely with cross funtional partners to identify key data and analytical requirements to support in strategic and tactical business decisions
- You will manage multiple complex data sources to create analytics that provide presentable business insights
- Managing a recurring cycle of reporting aligned to key calendar dates and deliverables whilst also providing on demand analytical insights to the team
- Constantly seeking ways to improve existing reports, uncovering hidden opportunties and converting them to actionable business cases
- Partnering with technology to enhance data sources
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience as a Data Analyst ideally within the Supply Chain or related industry
- Experienced with data visualization, particularily in Power BI, MS Excel with proven knowledge of best practices in data management, governance and reporting
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPiont, Forms and Word
- Proficient in DAX, MS Excel Macros (VBA) and creating executive level data visualization reports
- BA/BS degree in Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Technology or other related fields
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 – $101,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
