RAW MATERIALS SPECIALIST
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE RAW MATERIALS SPECIALIST
Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate material supplyCollaborate with the procurement department to ensure adequate supply of raw materials to meet production schedules and order requirementsCompile and analyze reports for use in forecasting raw material requirementsParticipate in the movement of scrap and alloy materials between all Carpenter melt facilitiesInteract with raw material suppliers and processorsParticipate/support weekly, monthly and quarterly raw material auditsCreate heat mixes based on order requirements for melt shopPerform all other duties and special projects as assigned.REQUIRED FOR THE RAW MATERIALS SPECIALIST
High school diploma required.
