Raw Milk Receiver - Days Londonderry, NH (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=10+Burton+Drive+Londonderry+NH+USA+03053) Job Type Full-time Description From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include: + Receive raw milk and standardize to Quality specifications + Operate, trouble shoot and clean milk separator + Perform all raw CIP’s and troubleshoot to support production functions + Perform all raw periodic cleaning per schedule determined by sanitation needs. + Perform all raw preventive maintenance tasks to ensure high quality. + Manage the cream balance to include load outs and bagging. + Program Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to support tasks + Assist pasteurized processor where necessary to ensure safety and quality products + Have milk available to support pasteurizing schedule + Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) at all times. + Follow all lock-out/tag-out procedures at all times. + Write work orders for items in area of responsibility, which are in need of repair. Also follow up to see that they are repaired. + Practice good housekeeping + Perform other duties as assigned.
