Job Responsibilities :

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, handling inquiries, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the overall store environment. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, and contributing to sales growth

1. Provide Product Solutions Based on Customer Needs

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.• Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.• Ensure customers have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.2. Handle Customer Inquiries and Issue Resolution• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.• Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.• Assist customers with after-sales service when needed.

3. Process Sales Transactions• Handle checkout procedures, including cash and electronic payments.• Ensure accurate pricing and apply promotions or discounts as required.• Maintain proper documentation and records of sales transactions.

4. Store Inventory Management• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.• Ensure product displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.• Report stock shortages or damaged items to the management team.

5. Store Cleanliness and Maintenance• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.• Ensure product displays, shelves, and counters are tidy and presentable.• Follow store policies for hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.

• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.

• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

• Knowledge of the specific product category being sold.

• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and basic cash handling.
