Job Responsibilities :

The shift supervisor will supports the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the RazerStore Las Vegas retail location; drives sales by fostering a positive and engaging environment for customers and staff; manages inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, safety/security, customer service, staff training and performance management

Responsibilities:

Oversees day-to-day store operations to ensure optimal functioning.

Assists Store Manager in developing strategies to achieve sales goals.

Creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to explore and purchase products.

Monitors inventory levels and proactively takes action when necessary.

Handles cash transactions accurately and securely.

Prevents losses due to theft or other means.

Ensures proper safety and security measures are implemented.

Provides exceptional customer service to resolve any issues or concerns.

Trains and mentors staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Schedules employee shifts effectively and efficiently.

Performs payroll tasks accurately.

Evaluates employee performance fairly and consistently.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 3+ years of supervisory experience at a high-volume store location, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Proven leadership abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Strong organizational abilities.

Knowledge of current trends and industry developments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$69,064.00 - $115,107.00
