Well, we have developed a specialized program for our Student Analysts that teaches the skills needed to be a BCBA! \n\nCompetitive Compensation: Earn $24.00 - $28.00 hourly for restricted hours, based on your experience, education, and certifications. Earn a training rate for eligible unrestricted hours.\nScheduled Unrestricted Hours: Candidates will have up to 20 hours\/week available to complete unrestricted hours.\n\n
What would you be doing? \n
As a Student Analyst, you will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing behavior intervention plans and collecting data to assess progress. This role includes valuable hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing students with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world settings. Candidates will receive opportunities to conduct assessments, program modification, report writing, training staff, overseeing the implementation of behavior analytic services, data graphing and analysis, time management, and researching behavior analytic literature. \n

Qualifications:\n\nEducation: Actively enrolled in a graduate program focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis. \nFieldwork Hours: Candidates must have completed at least 680 unrestricted hours and 280 restricted hours. \nPassion for Children: A genuine love of working with children.\nContinuous Learning: Interest in ongoing development.\nDriver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.\nPositive Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and families.\nExperience: Prior experience with children is advantageous.\n\n
Physical Requirements:\n
This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.\n
