Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering 10 Years with last 3 years as RCA SME (Subject Matter Expert)  
Experience:
Advance RCA PROACT training / Apollo RCA certificate preferred. Report writing and presentation skills. Problem Solving & Analytical thinking. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate. Working experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals. Experience with Logic Tree and 5 Why Analyses, Meridium RCA PROACT Module knowledge. Familiar with Performance killers & Bad actors. Familiarity with reliability techniques such as FMEA and Reliability Centered Maintenance. Experience in traditional maintenance methods such as CMMS, PM, PdM and corrective maintenance. Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) Monthly and annual KPIs of the RCA program.
