Weatherford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RCD/MPD Field Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform tasks and jobs for a variety of products and services. The RCD/MPD Field Specialist will work closely with clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring superior service quality.

Responsibilities

· Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, safety, security, and compliance

· Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, and job hazard analysis

· Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions

· Perform job planning, preparation, mobilization, and job execution

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients

· Effectively manage inventory and supplies at the well site

· Contribute to equipment failure investigations and root cause analysis

· Mentor and lead field operation crew members (for senior-level roles)

· Act as a technical advisor to management (for senior-level roles)

· Manage the installation of complex equipment and services in the field (for senior-level roles)

Requirements

· 1 – 2 ½ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

· Fundamentals of Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics

· Strong mathematical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication and time management skills

· Physically capable of undertaking the tasks required for the role

· Ability to react effectively and efficiently in operating tools and machinery

· Mathematical reasoning and quality control analysis skills

Education

· High School Diploma is required. A Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School is preferred.

Certifications

· Industry-relevant certifications are an advantage
