Overview RCF Nurse Manager LPN- Residential Care Facility At Holladay Park Plaza, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our residents! We are seeking a nurse to manage the clinical aspects of our 36 resident residential care facility (RCF) and work closely with our RCF administrator to oversee day to day clinical tasks. General Job Duties: Supporting Caregiver Training (including medication) & Delegation Coordinating Service Plan Management Change of Conditions Other duties as assigned This position helps provide high quality services and amenities to assisted living level residents. This position has a shared on call rotation. PayActiv (early wage access) About you: One-year plus experience in long-term care, home care, and/or assisted living preferred. Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from accredited program, college, or university if required by the state in which you work. Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
