ModMed is hiring a driven RCM Optimization Team Lead to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing RCM team focused on both process, product, and outcomes in order to drive efficiencies and pivot processes with anticipated changes and developments. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

Possessing an understanding of current processes, and industry changes and acting as a collaboration liaison between the team contributors and other stakeholders throughout the department and organization. Run point on new processes and deliverables for the team. Collaboration with teams in and outside of BOOST for optimal and measurable outcomes for our client. First point of contact/ escalation for team members when assistance is needed (client and individual project). Stay current with product & process changes that impact workflows and day-to-day deliverables. Train new specialists and ongoing new process training for the team. Assist the director with the distribution of client assignments.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelors or equivalent education/experience. 5+ years relevant experience required Billing/Coding/ Healthcare Administration experience preferred Billing, Coding, payer process, SAAS experience preferred When a business need arises this role will assist the director in the evolution of processes and updates. Judgment and decision-making in this role are limited to client and team outcome-related decisions.
