The Business Analyst is responsible for resolving facility charge errors in the CHED and performing analysis to identify areas of risk in our facility charging systems.  The work is completed utilizing the CHED, Facility Revenue Cubes, SQL, and other data tools.  Additionally, there are opportunities for learning and growth through various project work which contributes to improved charge capture in both the facility and professional revenue spaces.  Work will be done in the Shadeland location 1 day per week (Monday).  Work from home 4 days per week.  Expected to come into the office if the need arises for team collaboration (typically for interdepartmental project work).

Must haves:

Financial analysis experience Experience performing root cause analysis Expert in Excel and PowerBI Experience working in charging systems Must be able to commute to Indianapolis at least once per week

Preferred:

Experience working in SMS and/or Cerner

• Bachelors degree preferred. Requires proficiency in MS Excel and Access. Experience in a healthcare, accounting or corporate finance setting strongly preferred.
