This position serves as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services. Provides leadership across the division in regards to specific education, training, and management of changes related to Revenue Cycle Services requirements or regulation. Serves as a point of escalation for claim related issues and provides independent review and monitoring of aged accounts receivable and direct intervention where appropriate.  Position is hybrid - approximately once a week on site.

Key Responsibilities:  The OPE is responsible for helping to ensure accurate revenue cycle billing and follow-up processes are maintained as well as helping to support process improvement initiatives, data analytics, and help maintain accurate payer changes for RCS.

Must Have:  Billing & Collections experience

• Bachelor?s degree preferred. Requires proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Requires Expert Knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
