Here you can lean in and speak up and bring your own flavor. **Your challenges** As RDQI Intern, you will report to a Meals R&D Packaging Scientist and will support the Packaging Team in the following tasks: + Support on the organization and execution of different packaging projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, including line trials, discussion with suppliers… + Participation on productivity, sustainability and new materials investigation projects + Technical reports, analysis and interpretation of results that lead to conclusions and recommendations. Technical curiosity and collaborative mindset. + Gain hands-on experience in our factory, with the focus on working with the following material families: corrugated, flexibles & rigid. + Work together with experienced technical experts that will help you to develop your knowledge within the packaging world. **Qualifications** + Studying Food Technology/Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc, with a strong academic record. + General knowledge of packaging materials & how they interact with food + Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish, other European languages are an advantage (German) + Previous internship/job experience valued + International experience/profile valued (ex. Erasmus) + Well-organized, team oriented and enthusiastic about working with an international team + Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with high degree of autonomy + Drive for Results, planning and Priority Setting We offer you a total immersion in the plant , with specifics goals, training and feedback along your internship. **Join us and create delicious moments of joy!
