RDC Next Implementation & Operations Manager at Realtor.com®

As the RDC Next Implementation & Operations Manager, you will report to the RDC Next Director of Strategy & Operations at Realtor.com. The RDC Next team is charged with building and delivering innovative solutions across the real estate ecosystem that deepen relationships with industry players, consumers, and brokers/agents. What you’ll do:
Manage end-to-end implementation and support for RDC Next’s relationship industry participants and practitioners, including travel, as needed Coordinate technical assistance (e.g. tech solution delivery, UX updates, bug fixes, etc.) between Realtor.com and the industry; enlisting Realtor.com product and tech representatives to deliver the solution Coordinate industry product training, support, and best practices; enlisting Realtor.com product and GTM representatives to deliver the solution Coordinate commercial relationship between Realtor.com and the industry; enlisting Realtor.com finance representatives to deliver the solution Serve as primary contact point for any other industry request as related to RDC Next initiatives Communicate directly with industry leadership on a daily basis for troubleshooting and basic relationship management purposes Work closely with Realtor.com industry relations and customer teams in managing the overall Realtor.com relationship with the industry, including, but not limited to reporting, analytics, and governance Surface frontline feedback from the industry, and share with internal product, go-to-market and industry relations representatives on a regular basis Identify recurring themes in RDC Next relationships, and develop long term strategic opportunities to enhance the RDC Next offering in the future

What you’ll bring:
At least 8+ years of experience working in partnerships, product, or relationship management role, with at least 3 years experience in organized residential real estate; experience working at a large tech organization is a plus Extensive experience collaborating across a diverse set of internal and external partners from initial discovery through completion, with a high degree of accountability and transparency Exceptional ability to multi-task, simultaneously managing many relationships, timelines, and critical urgent requests, while caring for medium- and long-term priorities Quick to understand technical information and adept at translating it into impactful communications Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-driven narrative Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, marketers, product leaders, and company leaders in a diplomatic, constructive and collaborative relationship Enjoy adapting to feedback from both users and internal stakeholders, building stronger product capabilities as a result Strong leadership skills and proven ability to bring many parties and perspectives together, forge a vision and drive towards common goals Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
