**Overview**
+ Conduct outbound calls to Vendors & Clients to verify and update their banking details.
+ Ensure all vendor information is collected, verified, and recorded accurately in the database.
+ Accurately complete Vendor & Client onboarding/modification form
+ Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all vendors’ financial information.
+ Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements related to vendor data management and financial transactions.
+ Work closely with the finance and procurement departments to resolve discrepancies in vendor/client information.
+ Provide feedback to improve verification processes and systems based on interactions and challenges encountered.
+ Proactively educate Vendors & Clients on the importance of secure data management practices and compliance with financial regulations.
+ Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.
+ Actively maintain communication and behaviour standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within Shared Service Centre and across all customer and supplier organisations.
