Responsibilities Operate a reach forklift to move and organize products in narrow aisles. Pick and transport orders for shipment with accuracy. Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking. Load and unload shipments as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols. Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues.   Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred). Valid Reach Forklift Operator certification (required). 2+ years of experience operating a reach forklift in a warehouse or similar environment. Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, RF scanners, or similar). Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work in high-elevation environments. Must be able to pass a background check. Own transportation is an asset. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
